Egg Caramel Pudding 🍮 ❤️ Silky, sweet, and delightfully smooth a classic dessert made with simple ingredients. Ingredients: For the Pudding: • 2 eggs • 2 tablespoons sugar • 1½ cups Amul milk • 5–6 drops vanilla essence For the Caramel: • 2 tablespoons sugar • A little water Method: 1. Prepare the Pudding Mixture: • Crack 2 whole eggs into a bowl. • Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 5–6 drops of vanilla essence. • Whisk well until smooth. • Add 1½ cups of Amul milk • Whisk again and set aside. 2. Make the Caramel: • In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and a little water • Heat until the sugar melts and turns golden brown. • Quickly pour the caramel into the base of a heatproof bowl or pudding mold. 3. Steam the Pudding: • Preheat your steamer. • Pour the pudding mixture through a strainer into the caramel-coated bowl (to remove any lumps). • Cover the bowl with a lid or foil. • Steam for about 30 minutes. • Check doneness with a toothpick—if it comes out clean, it’s ready.
