I really like Paul Rubens 100% cotton watercolor paper and I buy it often. It performs consistently well, regardless of what I throw at it. Their 24 set of half-pan watercolors is, no surprise, also rises to (in my opinion) the brand's excellent standard. All in all, I think these items are an asset to any artist's studio! This glitter variety is also 100% cotton, claims to be handmade (I think that’s a bit lost in the translation), easy to use and frankly acts just like their conventional watercolor paper…except this one is sparkly!
