Chocolate snowball cookies！crispy and delicious♪ Chocolate is melted and kneaded into cookie dough to make these snowball cookies.These cookies do not use any eggs. It also makes a great gift. 溶かしたチョコをそのまま生地に使ったスノーボールクッキーです。 加えるチョコによって歯触りも味も変化するので、とっても面白いです^^ カカオ成分が沢山入るほど、しっかり目のクッキーになります。 色んなチョコでお試しください。プレゼントにもいいですよ～。 【Directions】about 26 2.5cm diameter snowball cookies 80g Sweet chocolate 20g unsalted butter (salted is ok too) 15g Grape seed oil(Vegetable oil) 15g　Granulated sugar 100g　Cake flour　 Powdered sugar　 【Directions】 ①hop chocolate and melt at a double-boiler. ②Add butter and　oil, then mix well. ③Add sugar mix well. ④Add shifted cake flour. When it comes together as a batter, it's done. ⑤Divide ④ into 26 pieces, make them round. ⑥Preheat the oven at 170°C, and bake the shaped dough for 14～15 min and serve! ⑦Let them cool down completely, and dust with powdered sugar. 　 【材料】約2.5cmの大きさのクッキー26個 スィートチョコレート 80g 無塩バター　20g　(有塩バターでもok) グレープシードオイル(サラダ油)15g グラニュー糖 15g 薄力粉　100g 粉糖 【作り方】 ①チョコは刻んで、湯煎にかけて溶かす。 ②バターとグレープシードオイルも加えてよく混ぜる。 ③砂糖を加えよく混ぜる。 ④ふるった薄力粉を加えて混ぜる。 まとまれば生地の出来上がり。 ⑤④を26等分にして、丸めて成形する。 ⑥170℃に温めたオーブンで約14～15分焼けば出来上がり。 ⑦冷めたら粉糖をまぶす。
