The Book of Enoch: Chapters 1 to 13 (saving Chapter 11)

#Enoch was the 7th Generation from #Adam, father of #Methuselah and the grandfather of #Noah. This book as was with the rest of the #Apocrypha, removed from the #Protestant #Bible. As of this moment, we aren't sure why so many books were removed and we do not want to speculate. The Catholic Church and the Eastern Orthodox Churches did not remove said books from the bible. The Book of Enoch, however, is a fascinating book of the bible because it adds more information to the stories that we already read in the bible. Chapters 1 through 13 shows how close Enoch was in his personal communication with The Lord God our Creator. We understand more why Enoch never saw death and was taken up directly into #heaven. In the above scriptures, we the readers learn more about the #angels (The Watchers), who came down to earth and to take human wives. Then those wives bare them children who became giants (Nephilim) and we read how destructive those giants were. The Book of Enoch also explained that those angels, taught mankind how to bring more sin in the world. How to speak incantations, how to read the stars in astrology and how to make weapons of war such as swords and armor. Everything that man would need to fight wars and t slaughter the lives of many.
