Waterbound - The White Horse Guitar Club with Dirk Powell

Our performance of Waterbound with Dirk Powell was a magical experience, captured on a rare warm Irish summer's night when Dirk brought a touch of Louisiana heat to the hills outside Cork City charm, a touch of Southern heat to this unexpected Irish idyll. Gathered around a campfire, we shared stories and songs, sparking up the barbecue and sipping on spicy margaritas. As the evening wore on, the highlight was undoubtedly when we played Dirk's song, "Waterbound." Listening to him tell the heartfelt story of the song, written in memory of his grandfather, was a poignant and unforgettable moment that left a lasting impression on all of us.
