Check out this Adobe Illustrator Tutorial for 3D logo Design from Kdigits. It's a customized 3d design. Through this video you'll learn how to create abstract metal looks logo. For this design I started with ellipse tool, then turn it into required custom shape. I have used 2 same objects reflects to each other.
