If you have active items sitting in your item queue, or uncollected milestone points, you risk losing them forever. In this video, I'll show you how to audit your grid before advancing. 🔥 The Pre-Rank-Up Checklist & Reset Rules: The Material Wipe: Ranking up permanently removes all current rank materials from your board. This includes all pastry-related items and cookie-related items. They will be wiped completely clean! The High-Tier Loss Trap: Remember when I advised against blindly merging level 7 baskets of bread? Here is why: if you have them sitting on your board when you rank up, they vanish. That means the 64 Action Points you used to generate them are gone forever without fulfilling any orders. What Carries Over: Don't panic about your generators or independent lines! All dogs, drinks, bees, and honey items are permanent and will safely carry over to your next rank layout. The Floor of Likes Check: Always check your progress bar before upgrading. If you are close to finishing a tier (e.g., 14/15), do not rank up! Put in a tiny extra effort to secure the 5 bonus reward items first, or the counter will refresh back to zero. Action Protocol Reset: Upgrading your rank refreshes the Action Protocol track. If you haven't reached your maximum daily thresholds—especially if you purchased premium bundles—wait until the daily reset before ranking up to claim your rewards. Drain Your Queue & Store Sniping: Check your item queue! Place hidden cookies or pastries on the board to fulfill quick orders before they get wiped. Check the shop for specific 50% off base items to easily finish your active customer orders instead of gambling with RNG generators. Hoard Your Coins: Always keep a solid floating stack of event coins. When your new rank unlocks locked tiles on your grid, you can immediately use those saved coins to clear space and accelerate your progression loops.
