Making a Pineapple and Mango Wine, 14.7% ABV

Hey folks, in this film I’ll be making a pineapple and mango sparkling wine using the turbo cider method of pineapple juice from concentrate along with mango flavoured MyProtein Flavdrops. The film features all stages of the brew including ingredients, recipe, bottling and tasting. The end result is a strong medium sweet wine, which sadly lacks a sparkle but is nonetheless tasty.
