Beast has been hitting the gym hard as he was training for an upcoming boxing event in Tampa Florida on June 28th against HArley Morenstein from ‪@epicmealtime‬. With just 143 days to prepare and ZERO fighting experience whatsoever The Beast and his Trainer Coach Barry (The O.G.) definitely had their work cut out for them. Coach Barry's training program requires a minimum of 5 days a week (2 hour sessions) and most Saturdays with A Sunday thrown in every now and then. As the first mentally grueling month of training came to a close, the L.A. BEast had already lost 10 pounds going from 265lbs to 255lbs. And a few weeks later as the beast was throwing faster punches and becoming lighter on his feet was already down to weighing in the 240's. As plans tend to fall through sometimes, after training hard for 4 straight months, the L.A. BEAST made the hard decision to no longer participate in the boxing event due to the many RED FLAGS the creators of the event caused. At first it seemed like the BEast had just wasted 4 months of his VALUABLE time away from his family and baby son making the sacrifice to train, but in all reality, this whole experience was actually a positive blessing in disguise. From making new friends, to learning how to fight/defend himself, and losing a whole bunch of weight in the process, the L.A. BEAST will always look back upon his experience and use it as motivation for whatever journey he decides to embark on next. TO close out this boxing journey, the beast has decided to make one final weight loss push and see if he can lose a total of 40 pounds in just over 4 months time...Going from 265 pounds (Jan 28, 2025) to 225 pounds (June 14, 2025) The following video will showcase L.A.
