Teardown and repair of a Drift Ghost XL camera that won't charge.

This repair is likely to require a person with considerable repair experience due to complex soldering. There are two batteries inside the camera and my unit was not charging them, even at 75% charge. Therefore I decided to put a separate 5V charging PCB inside and bypass the charging on the motherboard completely. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33000... I bought a very small DD08CRMA charge board and wired a cable from the USB port. You could probably find a better source of 5V close to the battery connector instead. Then you just need to connect this to the battery. I suggest cutting the existing wires to one battery and splicing in connections to the BAT+ and GND from the charge board.
