😏Once again, I'm testing a home hair coloring kit from the supermarket or drugstore. This time it's the NELLY brand hair dye, number 11/00, very light blonde, which only cost me €2.90. We'll find out how many shades it lightens, even though the packaging specifies that it lightens up to 4 shades. We'll also see if it covers gray hair. Does it cause allergic reactions?...
