Results of a Phase II study of venetoclax plus mini-hyper-CVD in older adults with Ph-negative ALL

Marlise Luskin, MD, MSCE, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, MA, presents findings from a Phase II study (NCT03319901) evaluating venetoclax plus mini-hyper-CVD in older adults with newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome (Ph)-negative acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Dr Luskin highlights the regimen’s favorable safety profile and encouraging efficacy in a high-risk patient population, supporting its potential as a more tolerable and effective frontline approach for older patients with Ph- ALL, including those with hypodiploid B-cell ALL.
