Assetto Corsa Rally v0.2 - Lancia Stratos - Wales (Somewhere)

The December update for AC Rally has, in my mind, massively improved the game. The FFB and physics updates have made huge differences, match that with Moza now having a dedicated AC Rally preset and it's just spot on. Bar locking the brakes up mid-stage, this felt so natural to push on with. In EA WRC and RBR you cannot properly attack in RWD cars for a few reasons, all tied to peculiarities in their physics. The Stratos is basically a square and inherently a bit tricky to drive compared to a more traditional RWD car, but here you can push it and everything makes sense. Plenty of information and feedback and an amount of grip that really matches my own expectations. I'll be interested to hear more from proper rally drivers as time goes on as I'm no expert on exactly how everything should feel. But for now, for me, this is as good a RWD sim rallying experience as I've found.
