Peel Regional Police Specialized Enforcement Bureau, joined forces with services across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) in a 14-month long investigation resulting in numerous arrests and seizures of firearms, drugs and property. These arrests relate to offences including; participating in a criminal organization, firearms offences including shootings, attempt murders and homicides, human trafficking, drug production, drug trafficking and possession. “We will not accept this as a police agency or as a community. " said Chief Nishan Duraiappah.
