Such is the case this week with Juri, Master of the Revue. As I was pulling aside cards for a build with Juri, I was messaged by a new customer asking for a budget build with him as the Commander. Obviously I was more than happy for the coincidence as that meant it would take me a little less time to put the build together for yhem. They wanted a purely sacrifice theme which was the direction I was already going anyway.
