This afternoon, the team conducted a test of new and challenging moves from their winter training, as well as in preparation for the Cairo World Cup. After a winter of hard work, the athletes' strengths have shown steady improvement, while their weaknesses have also been addressed. A total of 18 athletes participated in the test, divided into three groups. Each new and challenging move, connection, or routine was given two attempts. The balance beam and uneven bars are traditionally strong events for the Chinese team. The balance beam featured the most new and challenging moves, with most of the 12 participants completing their routines. A total of 21 routines achieved a success rate of over 85%. World champion Zhang Qingying successfully completed two routines with a difficulty score of 6.5 or higher. Featured skills: BB: Qiu Qiyuan: double twist dismount, back handspring mount + straddle jump + stag ring UB: Qiu Qiyuan: healy + ling + L grip giant + layout jaeger, downie + pak, van leeuwen (fall) Zhang Yihan: shang + pak Zhong Qi: komova 2 + downie Xie Guying: full twisting double layout dismount VT: Du Siyu: rudi Ke Qinqin: DTY on soft mat Xie Guying: DTY on competition surface Yu Linmin: 5.0+ difficulty 巩固强项 提升弱项 女队冬训为团体蓄力：今天下午中国女队进行了冬训难新动作暨世界杯开罗站测验，经过一个冬天的努力，小花们的强项稳中有进，弱项有所提升。测验共有18位选手参加，分成三个小组，每个难新动作、连接或者成套都有两次完成机会。平衡木和高低杠是中国队的传统强项，其中平衡木亮相的难新动作最多，12名参与测验的队员大部分都完成了成套测试，共计21个成套成功率达到了85%以上，世界冠军张清颖两个成套都成功完成了6.5分以上的难度，此前受伤病影响的名将邱祺缘和周雅琴状态也都在提升当中。邱祺缘表示，时间确实比较紧，这次比赛离自己的手术恢复阶段还是比较近的；今天已经比自己预想中要好了，平衡木两套都成功了，虽然断了一些连接，质量也还有欠缺，但能顺利完成已经很不错了，高低杠虽然没有成功，但动作感觉和能力慢慢在回来了，所以虽然失败但也不怕，相当于是给自己的比赛积累一些经验。 高低杠也有不少难新连接亮相，张怡涵的腾身屈体特卡+pak成功，钟圻升级了并掏shapo+正掏屈体特卡和直体旋下，蒋淑婷、陈凤、谢谷英等小花也都成功带来了新成套。蒋淑婷说今天测了两项，成功率也还不错，但高低杠上还有一些细节需要再注意，开罗站是自己的首站世界杯，希望自己能站上高低杠的领奖台。 这次冬训体操女队也非常重视团体实力的提升，弱项跳马除了大队员虞琳敏的冢原720和杜思雨的前直540进行了试跳，小队员柯沁沁、蒋淑婷也在软垫上尝试了DTY，谢谷英则尝试登陆了DTY。当然她们的成功率还有待进一步提高，也需要在国内外比赛中检验训练成果。虞琳敏表示，全运会比赛之后，觉得自己还没有做好一下子就要完全退役去当教练的准备，而且也还是舍不得体操的赛场。柯沁沁表示，总体感觉还不错，但还是没有达到最好的标准；跳马的时候也是想着反正自己已经跳过这个高度，也转得过来，把平时做的要领大胆做出来就行。 单项世界杯开罗站将是中国体操队今年的首站世界杯，女队的四名参赛队员是邱祺缘、虞琳敏、柯沁沁和蒋淑婷，男队三名队员则是李鸿颜、郑奥和刘洋，队伍将于3月30号启程。
