There just doesn't seem to be anything on the market that is practical or cost effective as compared to simple no-heat curls or your standard curling wand. I've seen the Miracurl, and many similar products before, but have always hesitated in trying one because it looks "dangerous"! (Anything that sucks your hair into it, reminds me of the one time as a kid that I got my hair stuck in my bicycle chain when I was trying to fix my bike!)
