[Flashing lights] Emperor of Hope | OST For a Nonexistent Crossover Sonic Game

Sonic and Tails are stopped on the main deck of the Excalibur II by some kind of messed up miniaturized derivative of the Egg Emperor. Not really an "Egg" Emperor anymore, most of Eggman's visual motifs here have been paved over with whatever this bear thing is. What's that light coming from beneath the clouds? This music (and collection of music as a whole) is not made in association with any fangames or official media, and one can likely tell from my specificity that I do not intend to present it as if it is. Song itself was made in Caustic 3.2.
