Parliament reconvenes to Mourn Nebanda

http://www.ntvuganda.co.ug/ Parliament paid tribute to the late Cerinah Nebanda the Woman MP of Butaleja District who passed away a week today. The MPs were in tears as the body of the late Nebanda was ushered into the chambers of Parliament. Mps blocked the Internal Affairs Minister Hillary Onek from reading a Government statement after the Parliamentary Doctors read their report pointing to toxic substances that they say may have caused the death of Nebanda.
