Savage / Stevens Model 311 Restoration, Side by Side Double Barrel 12 gauge

A quick preview of the latest shotgun restoration being done at TacticalADV. The savage / stevens double barrel model 311 was a beautiful, simple double barrel that was in production more than 50 years. This example did not age well and was in fairly poor condition when we got our hands on it. We were able to salvage all of the original parts. The furniture was redone with tru-oil and the metal parts are refinished with duracoat or mirror polished. This is an overview with the true video with before and after's shots will be forthcoming when the project is complete.
