In this short video, I run through the basic tools you'll require to create jewellery forms using the wax carving method. These are the wax carving tools I routinely use at my jewellery bench, to carve my wax models by hand before they are cast into precious metal via the lost wax investment casting process. As an approximate figure, $400 AUD will get you a decent set up like this one (excluding the Wolf carvers, as they're the cherry on top for any wax carving enthusiast)!
