I just received the set of Osram Night Breaker H7 LED bulbs, approved for use on public roads. Priced at €113 on Amazon, first impressions are positive: the quality of the kit is good, and the light is better than halogen, although worse than xenon kits. However, this kit is legal, while the xenon kits are all counterfeit, and you risk a fine or even vehicle impoundment. I'll update this post with my impressions as I use it for a few hours.
