These bravas were featured in the video "The Best Patatas Bravas in Barcelona," and since then, you've been asking me to recreate them in my kitchen. They're one of the city's most original tapas, striking ingot-shaped patatas bravas with two spicy sauces. They're made by French chef Alain Guiard at the gastronomic tavern La Mundana, in the Sants neighborhood.
