My Lifted 2004 Porsche Cayenne S with 150k Miles: What works and what's broke.

I've been wanting a solid offroad vehicle ever since getting my lifted van stuck in the mud last year, and when I saw this lifted 2004 Porsche Cayenne S on Facebook Market place with 150k miles on it I offered the guy a trade...... and a few hours later I was one old(er) Porsche richer. So how has this german car fared after 150k miles... and what is (surprisingly) still working? Let's take a look.
