Os traigo una maravillosa receta de Carnaval, Casadielles, un dulce tradicional asturiano que, os aseguro, vais a alucinar si no las habéis probado. Se trata de uno de los postres más típicos y tradicionales de Asturias junto con los frisuelos. Es tradición consumirlos en navidad, carnaval (antroxu) y Pascua. Por lo visto se dice que están a medio camino entre las empanadillas y las llamadas "frutas de sartén". Una masa dulce enriquecida, rellena con nuez y licor de anís, frita y rebozada en azúcar... ¡Un manjar de dioses! ¡Receta escrita en mi web!
