UK MUSHROOMS! Dryad's Saddle for Breakfast in July.
I found some very large, healthy Dryad's Saddle Mushrooms and cooked them for breakfast before I started work. This is the first time I have eaten this mushroom. It was very tasty, just a little tough. Still worth the experience, it was a great start to the day!
