I drove 10 hours to the south of France to train with Heyoten, an 8th dan Karate master who has been practicing for over 60 years. What I found wasn't what I expected. This isn't a video about fighting. It's about what a martial art becomes when you stop trying to prove something — and start living it. We trained together, sparred, and then sat down for a long conversation about karate, Tai Chi, internal strength, healing, and what it really means to be a warrior in everyday life.
