Coconut Truffle - coconut milk in a white chocolate ganache is in the center of this truffle. It is topped with lightly toasted coconut. Peanut Butter Truffle – Creamy peanut butter ganache center, dipped in your choice of milk or dark chocolate Huckleberry Truffle - the center of this truffle has wild-picked huckleberries infused with cream, lemon zest and white chocolate ganache Peppermint Truffle - Creamy ganache center with fresh peppermint Stein Blended Whisky Truffle - This truffle combines Blended Whisky made locally by Stein Distillery in Joseph, Oregon, with dark chocolate. Available only in dark chocolate.
