Paprec will build the new Sietrem energy recovery unit in Saint-Thibault-des-Vignes (77). Under this 26-year public service delegation agreement, Paprec will design, build, and operate the future energy recovery plant. This is a landmark contract for the group! The construction project will last four years, with commissioning scheduled for 2031. This future facility will serve as an environmental showcase, based on three key commitments: Zero wastewater discharge: no polluted water is released into the environment Very low emissions: pollution released into the air is minimized Scalable facility, including CO₂ capture to adapt to future technologies and reduce its climate impact. While awaiting the construction of this new facility, Paprec teams will continue to operate the existing plant.
