RedRock RV Park | Full Time RV Travels | Episode 14

In this video, we go over a bit more details on the RedRock RV Park in Island Park, Idaho. This is where we stayed while visiting Yellowstone. It was one of our favorite parks and we got to enjoy their peaceful but very nice views, some chill summer weather, the big patio, and the fire pit it included. It's also right next to Henry's Lake and the associated state park. We stopped over there for a visit too. We mostly use RV parks for their relative proximity to the other things in the area that we want to go do. When we move, it's about the area, not just the destination. So what else does this one get you access to? Well, there are a lot of adventure rentals along the highway right by it. Yellowstone is about 30 minutes away. Grand Teton National Park is more like 2 hours, but we still managed to make a hop over there. There are some museums that are 30min+ from here, and we will get to those in a coming video. There are lots of hills, streams, fields, and wildlife all around the area (watch out for deer, they are EVERYWHERE). There are several state parks around as well. It's a fun spot for some ATVing, and it looked like there was some spots for boondocking on the same road off the main highway that leads down to this park. There's pretty much a little something for everyone unless you're looking for any of the shops, restaurants, or fast food that you'd get near a town. This is far from that, but a very enjoyable break from those things! I was going to make a quick recap video, but it turns out that I had more than I wanted to cut down. So between how long it was taking and what all I wanted to share, I've just decided to instead get some videos out. Look for our next one coming up soon where we share other adventures from Idaho.
