BMW 330i 325i E46 Brake Pressure Bleeding DIY (and Fix for Endless Bubbles)

UPDATE 4/28/15: Another helpful tip for cleaning your rusty bleed nipples is to use a wire wheel on a bench grinder or a wire brush attachment for your cordless drill. Wire brushes are excellent for cleaning rust off metal parts. This is a video on how to use a home made pressure bleeder to bleed your brakes and also what to do if you get endless bubbles during bleeding. Don't waste brake fluid trying to figure out what's going on! I did this repair on my 2002 BMW 330i, but this video will apply to any E46, or really any vehicle with hydraulic brakes. The only thing you would need to change is which cap you use for your particular brake reservoir. Just make sure you have an AIR TIGHT cap! A pressure bleeder will not work if your cap leaks. The cap I used for the E46 reservoir is a modified Dorman Help! 42035 which was available at my local Pep Boys store here in California.
