In 2008, a UFO sighting followed by sightings of luminous beings caused an uproar in the town of Cláudio, Minas Gerais. Several witnesses, including police officers, testified to the incident, but despite the case being publicized at the time, it didn't generate much attention. Only in 2015 was an official preliminary report released, and in 2019, some witnesses reported previously unpublished information about the incident.
