In this week's video I am having a look at two possible replacement for Alizarin Crimson, known to be fugitive. The first color is from Utrecht and it is Permanent Alizarin Crimson and the second color is Permanent Madder Deep from Rembrandt. I test oil paint colors in order to find the best limited palette for my needs, painting en plein air and in my studio.
