A new round of confrontation between law-abiding drivers and the shady lawyers who profit from their gullibility is underway: drivers are forced to fight to reclaim their seized and held vehicles. As a reminder, we've previously reported on the money-grabbing schemes mastered by "IP Kreiderman" and "IP Vershinin." They buy the right to demand additional compensation from drivers injured in accidents, who have already been compensated under their compulsory motor vehicle liability insurance (OSAGO), and then sue the at-fault drivers. Thus, law-abiding drivers who, as it happens, are at fault in an accident, but who, as expected, were insured and whose insurance company paid for the damages, suddenly receive a subpoena, and these lawyers demand additional money from them, supposedly spent on car repairs. I'd like to emphasize that these lawyers receive all the collected money, while the drivers injured in the accidents won't receive a penny, but they will have to pay taxes on this amount. In addition to buying old accident reports, IP Kreiderman also actively buys recent accident reports, apparently working in conjunction with accident commissioners who convince gullible drivers injured in accidents to waive their right to claim damages in favor of IP Kreiderman. In exchange, they will allegedly repair the injured driver's car very quickly. Well, this "very quickly" process drags on for months. For almost a year, a pensioner who contacted IP Kreiderman has been waiting for the promised prompt repair. Moreover, the car is simply not being returned to him. To retrieve his damaged car, which is sitting wrecked and rotting in the open air at a car repair shop affiliated with IP Kreiderman, the owner had to involve lawyers and threaten the shop owners with the police. #NizhnyNovgorod
