Miel de Botton returned to Paris on Wednesday, 19th November 2025, for a triumphant performance supporting Simply Red at the Accor Arena, on the penultimate night of the band’s fortieth anniversary tour. Performing to an audience of over 11,000 people at one of Europe’s most celebrated venues, the evening marked both a major professional milestone and a deeply personal homecoming for Miel. Before her music career began, she spent ten years living and working in Paris, where she trained, qualified and practised as a clinical psychologist and systemic family and couples therapist. Stepping back onto a Parisian stage after all these years carried profound emotional significance.
