What is konpa? Is it Revolving? Hello everyone. In this video we are talking about the music of Haiti, which is Kompa. I have gone in to detail about the different variations of this musical style. I mainly goes through evolution of the sound from when it was birth to the early 2000's. I will be making a part 2 of this video that goes into the 21st century of Kompa.
