2022 new Schindler 3000 elevator at Trysil Alpine Lodge, Norway

This kicks off this years ski season. This place is pretty much brand new an features two entrances. However, the second entrance isnt finished yet. The elevator shafts were empty at the beginning of 2023. The entrance door to this building is always locked. How to get here by public transport? Trysil is quite remote, but there is a direct express coach going between Oslo, Oslo airport, Elverum and Trysil. This bus operates three times per day. If you arrive at Scandinavian Mountains airport, the only option is to book a seat on a private-operated coach to Trysil. If you prefer the train, travel to Hamar and change into the train to Elverum, which is the closest train station (still about 60 km off Trysil though). You can change into the Trysil express coach over there. The public operated bus 150 is cheaper, but it doesn't go up the hill to the ski area, you need to change into the Ski bus if you take it. There are no public operated buses at the ski area at all, only coaches and ski buses. No matter which bus you take, your destination is "Trysil Turistsenter". The building is situated pretty close.
