Rissois also known as Rissois De Camarao or Prawn Rissoles is a breaded pastry shaped like a half-moon usually stuffed with shrimp or meat and deep-fried. Rissois is one of the most popular appetizers in Goa, prepared for birthdays, weddings, and for almost any party! The icing on the cake would be if you kindly subscribe to my channel and hit the bell icon too .:) Ingredients: For the Stuffing Prawns - 1 cup (cleaned) Salt - a pinch Water - a few drops Onions - 2 finely chopped Tomatoes - 1 finely chopped Milk - 1/4th cup Salt - to taste Lime juice - 2 tsp For the Pastry dough Milk - 1 cup Vanaspati Ghee - 1 tbsp Sugar - 1 tbsp Salt - 1/4th tsp All Purpose flour/ Maida - 2 cups Coating Egg - 2 nos ( beaten with a pinch of salt) Semolina/ Rawa - 3/4th Cup Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup Oil for frying Do let me know if you gave this recipe a try.
