Hardware techno jam using the MPC1000 and TR8S

Running the TR8S as a 909 here. I love using the classic Roland sounds in techno. Each sound in the MPC was crafted in the daw and individually sampled in. Why make music like this? A few reasons. One, it allows me to perform my tracks live and to create new arrangements on the fly. Two, I love the MPC, how tactile it is, the retro digital display, the super 90s sounding digital fx. Three, it’s a lot more interesting to watch than hours of clicking on a mouse or space bar on a finished track. Do I do sets like this? Yes!
