Throughout the course of Australia's history, a significant number of tennis players have come from the country, but in a manner that is very erratic. During their extraordinary careers, Rod Laver, Pat Rafter, Lleyton Hewitt, and Margaret Court each had a single that reached the top spot on the record charts at some point in their careers. On the other hand, one tennis player from Australia called Bernard Tomic stands out owing to the unique story that surrounds his career. The young tennis player Bernard Tomic, along with his fellow youngster Nick Kyrgios, was supposed to be the driving force behind the next generation of tennis stars to emerge from Australia. A deal with the management and marketing agency IMG, which was worth six figures, was signed by him when he was just 13 years old. So, many tennis fans thought that he was the real deal, however, they didn’t anticipate the downfall of him. Eventually, however, it became quite clear that Tomic was having issues with his father, John Tomic, who was also his coach. So, a request was made by Bernard to the umpire during a match at the Miami Masters in 2012. He said that his father was "annoying" him, and he requested that his father be removed from the stands. Despite this, things immediately became a great lot more serious than they had been before. Tomic was convicted guilty of assault in Spain in 2013, after the skull butting and fracture of Thomas Drouet. Thus, concerns were raised by other people over Tomic's past and whether or not his father was a factor in his behavioral issues as a result of the occurrence. Even though he did not go to prison, he remained the same and continued to pursue his career's decline.
