Rent in SRA under circular 153 (SRA में भाड़े का कायदा जाने (Circular -१५३) Rent of SRA is given to those tenants who are eligible in Annexure-2 so it is very necessary to be eligible in Annexure-2 before leaving your structure in SRA Project. The rent is decided in resolution by the society which should be mentioned in the rent agreement and the rent should be released by the developer accordingly for 11 months rent in one instalment alongwith shifting amount and brokerage amount. As per the circular the rent is required to pay by the developer of next 11 months before completing the 11 months period to carry forward the rent.
