Dark Tunnels & Ruins | Abandoned Slate Mine Wales

I climbed up a steep Welsh mountain with strong 90mph wind gusts, then stumbled across the hidden entrance to an abandoned slate mine. Walking through dark, eerie tunnels and seeing how nature has completely taken over this once industrial site was an unforgettable experience. From powerful winds on the summit, to discovering the mine entrance, following the tunnels, and seeing light at the end — this was one of the coolest explorations I’ve done in Wales.
