Easy Candied Walnuts are simple to make and spiked with spice! In a medium bowl, mix together the nuts, egg white, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon until well blended. Spread the nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Transfer the baking sheet to a wire rack to cool completely.
