That being said, I've really done my research when it comes to training and teaching and I have figured out exactly how to structure a training where it flows in the exact order it needs to so the student can not only understand but fully absorb the information given and actually put it into action. I have seen SOOO MANY people get certified and go in so excited and confident but leave defeated and 10xs more confused than before. That's due to improper training. Now that training could have the right info and the right intent, it could just be that it wasn't presented to the student in the right way. This is CRUCIAL when it comes to having succesful students and having them pick up what you're saying. I'm so confident in my training because I've seen it work first hand. I've seen my strategy change someones entire outlook on lashing because something that was once so complex is now simplified and eassy to understand! Delivery is MAJOR and it will make or break your training. Remember why you do something because that will be the driving force to it's success.
