While other airlines recovered from a global Microsoft outage, Delta has languished for days. The result? Thousands of flights were canceled and scores more faced delays, customers faced long lines, and people were left stranded at airports. Buttigieg’s federal transportation department this week launched an investigation into the airline to see whether its treatment of passengers violated federal rules.
