Alongside the brand new character Bulma (or Bulma (Youth)), we also have some balance changes that we've been desperately waiting for such as nerfs to Super Saiyan 3 (SSJ3) Goku and Super Saiyan God (SSG) Goku! However, I'm not too sure if these patch notes hit the mark... Dabura can be obtained for free!
