Smoking a Brisket Flat on a 22” Weber Kettle w/ Weber Heat Controller

In this video, I show you how to smoke a brisket flat on a 22” ‪@GrillwithWeber‬ Weber Kettle using the snake method and Weber Heat Controller. I season the brisket with salt, pepper, garlic, and AC Barbecue’s MVP rub for a delicious flavor. *Here's what you'll need:* 22” Weber Kettle Weber Heat Controller Brisket flat Salt Pepper Garlic powder AC Barbecue’s MVP rub Charcoal Wood chunks (post oak) *Instructions:* 1. Season the brisket with salt, pepper, garlic, and AC Barbecue’s MVP rub. 2. Set up the Weber Kettle for the snake method. 3. Add the charcoal snake and light it. 4. Place the brisket on the grill and close the lid. 5. Use the Weber Heat Controller to maintain a consistent temperature. 6. Smoke the brisket for 4-6 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. 7. Wrap in butcher paper or foil and continue smoking until probe tender. 8. Remove the brisket from the grill and let it rest for 30 minutes before slicing. *Tips:* Use good quality charcoal. Don't open the lid too often. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the brisket. Let the brisket rest for at least one hour before slicing or hot hold overnight. *Enjoy your delicious smoked brisket flat!* #WeberKettle #SnakeMethod #WeberHeatController #Brisket #SmokedBrisket #BBQ #Grilling #Recipe #Food #Foodie #Delicious #Yummy #Foodporn #Instafood #Foodstagram #Eat #Hungry #Dinner #Lunch #Taste #Flavor #Lovetoeat #Foodiegram #Foodlover #Foodblogger #Foodphotography #Foodstagram #Foodlover #Foodie #Food #Instafood #Foodporn #brisket #bbq #barbecue #beefrecipe #easyrecipe #easter #easterdinner
