He trained several illustrious Thumri singers of his time, including Gauhar Jaan and Zohra Bai. Bindadin's repertoire of Thumri compositions numbered around 1500, a testament to his musical genius. He was known for his devotion to Lord Krishna and was often seen in his Achkan, Churidar, and Dupalli cap during performances.
