A few days ago, I came across a video where someone shared a technique to look slimmer by constantly holding their stomach in. The interesting part wasn't just the advice itself — it was how quickly hundreds of people accepted it without questioning the long-term impact. And it made me think about one of the most important skills we need in today's world: Discernment. The ability to receive information without blindly absorbing it.
