Today I'm bringing you one of those relaxed vlogs we enjoy so much in our village 🌿 My husband is starting to transform the patio into a little shady chill-out corner. We finally installed an interior staircase for easy access to the patio from the house, and I'm taking the opportunity to liven up a corner of the terrace with my plants 🌱 We also cooked lunch together: lasagna for them… and rice with meat for me, trying to be a little more mindful of inflammation and listen to my body.
